Chiropractic Scope of Practice

** The following excel document has been compiled to help chiropractors quickly identify their specific state's scope of practice.

The document is near completion, however, there are some states we are still waiting on scope of practice verification. These states can easily be identified with a "question mark (?).

We also want to make you aware that we have "confirmation e-mails" from many of the states on their specific scope of practices. These will provide a source of "legal documentation" on what a chiropractor can and can not do in their individual states.

While the majority of states have a broad scope of practice allowing chiropractors to develop a functional diagnostic medicine practice, there are a few with "vague" laws.

In the event you practice in a state with a scope of practice that limits you from building a successful functional diagnostic medicine practice, please contact Dicken and I and we will offer suggestions on how best to proceed.

All in all the majority of states are excellent for developing a successful functional diagnostic medicine practice.

Please contact us if you have any questions about your state scope of practice.

Take care.

Ron and Dicken

P.S. Please make note that we have also included in the excel document the states that have approved our program for CE hours.
